Lucia Gomez is the teenager, still, who some two years earlier gave birth to Angela Candela, and is brought in by Beckett during "Little Girl Lost" because the team find a request form with the adoption agency, signed by her, asking for the identity of the adoptive parents. Lucia, however, didn't sign it, as a cursory comparison of signatures shows, and Beckett moves on to other suspects.
