Did Castle learn his Marksmenship and knowledge of torture techniques during his time researching the Derrick Storm novels?[]
I always wondered if his suprising skills in marksmenship and torture techniques were something he learned sometime during his time with the CIA researching the Derrick Storm novels. It would explain a lot and knowing who his father is it could explain some of his ability to handle fighting highly trained professionals, his seemingly masterful sharpshooting skills, and how he was able to make a hardened professional like Douglas Stevens crack under his off-screen interogation.
